Baby Layette Diaper Cake is made with the following items: 100% cotton interlock Sleep Gown, Onesie & Hat; Hooded Terry Towel; Receiving blanket; Bib; Washcloth; Socks; and 6-disposal diapers (newborn size). In other words, a complete layette for a newborn baby. In addition, most items come beautifully embroidered as shown. Finally, the onesie is folded into an adorable elephant shape to top off this unique baby gift.

Is this Diaper Cake Sanitary?

The answer is a definite yes. Our premium quality disposable diapers come to us in a clean plastic bag sealed by the manufacturer. After removing the diapers from that bag we individually wrap them before adding them to our cakes. The entire diaper cake is then wrapped in clear cello, providing a final level of cleanliness protection.  

One final word with regard to sanitary. It is highly recommended to wash all newborn clothing and infant accessories before use.
